Vin-Ter Language School Store & Pearson US return policy for physical books allows for a full refund within 30 days of shipment if the book is in resalable condition. For digital products like eTextbooks, a refund may be available within the first 14 days of purchase, depending on how the product was purchased (directly from Pearson or through a partner). 

Physical Books:

• Timeframe: Generally, you have 30 days to return a physical book from the shipment date. 
• Condition: The book must be in resalable condition, meaning unmarked and undamaged. 
• Proof of Purchase: You'll need the original receipt.
• Shipping: You're responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to Pearson's error (like a faulty or damaged product). 

Digital Products (eTextbooks):

• Timeframe: Refunds for eTextbooks may be available within 14 days of purchase. 
• How Purchased: If you purchased the eTextbook directly from Pearson, you can cancel your subscription and request a refund. If purchased from a partner (like a campus bookstore), you'll need to return the access code to the store. 
• Refund Method: The refund will usually be processed back to the original payment method. 
• Contact Support: If you're unsure about the refund process or have questions, you can contact a Vin-Ter Customer Service Rep. 

Important Notes:

• Valuepacks: If you purchased a Valuepack, all components must be returned together for a refund or credit. 
• Damaged or Faulty Products: If the product was damaged in transit or is faulty, you can usually return it within a specific timeframe (often 30 days from invoice date). 
• Out-of-Print Products: Returns may not be accepted for products that are no longer sold. 
• Shipping: You're generally responsible for return shipping costs. 
• Restocking Fees: Returns outside the initial timeframe may be subject to a restocking fee.
