What is DELE?

The Diplomas in Spanish "DELE" were created in 1988 by the Ministry of Education (RD 826/88). The Diplomas DELE are official qualifications certifying the degree of competence and mastery of Spanish, granted by Vin-Ter Language School and the Instituto Cervantes on behalf of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport of Spain.

The DELE examinations have been designed following the guidelines of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) of the Council of Europe, which ensures a practical way of establishing a standard, international and objective measurement of the level that should be reached at each learning stage, and in evaluating results.

The levels of the Diplomas in Spanish are integrated into the CEFR:

Diploma in Spanish Level A1.
Diploma in Spanish Level A2.
Diploma in Spanish Level B1.
Diploma in Spanish Level B2.
Diploma in Spanish Level C1.
Diploma in Spanish Level C2.

The Diplomas in Spanish DELE were created within the framework of the series of actions aimed at disseminating the Spanish language and raising the profile of our culture abroad.

How to Register for DELE

Registration
Registration must be processed in at our examination center. Send all the required documents that you find below to your examination center by email or by mail. Please, be aware of the deadlines for each call.

To register to take the DELE exam, the following documentation must be supplied:

An enrollment form, which can be obtained by downloaded DELE Enrolment application form 2025.
A photocopy of your Passport or other official photo ID document. The information supplied by the candidate on the enrollment form must correspond with those contained in the identification documents.

After receiving your registration form and your passport copy, we will send you a link to make the payment with credit/ debit card.

Important
- Please, fill out all the information in the registration form.
- This information will be used to contact you with the instructions of the test, test results, etc.
- Please include your email address.
- If you change your address, before or after the test, don´t forget to inform your examination center.
- Send all the required documents to your examination center by email or by mail.
