How to get started studying English at Vin-Ter Language School in the US
Financial Documentation Requirements
Sponsor Letter
If you are not the person who will be paying for your program, the individual or organization responsible for your educational and living expenses (your "financial sponsor") must provide a signed letter stating that they will support you for the entire duration of your program.
If your sponsor resides in the United States, the sponsor letter must be notarized.
Proof of Available Funds
You must submit a recent bank statement or an official bank letter showing that sufficient funds are available to cover:

The full cost of tuition and fees for your selected program, and
-
Estimated living expenses of at least $300 per week.
Minimum Required Funds for Living Expenses

52 weeks: $15,600

39 weeks: $11,700
-
25 weeks: $7,500
-
14 weeks: $4,200
-
8 weeks: $2,400
-
4 weeks: $1,200
Important: The financial documents must demonstrate sufficient funds to cover both tuition and living expenses. Students traveling with dependents must provide additional financial documentation to cover their dependents' living expenses.
Step 5 – Required Payments
After submitting all required documents, applicants must make the following payments to Vin-Ter Language School:

Registration and Materials Fee: $150.00 (non-refundable)

Document Shipping Fee:
-
$100 for international shipping (outside the United States)

$50 for domestic shipping (within the United States)

Tuition Deposit: Payment equivalent to the last four (4) weeks of the program
If the student's F-1 visa application is denied by a U.S. embassy or consulate, the tuition deposit for the last four weeks will be refunded upon submission of the official visa denial notice.
Step 6 – Admissions Review and Issuance of Form I-20
Once all required documents and payments have been received, Vin-Ter Language School will review your application.
If you are admitted and determined eligible for enrollment, the school will issue:

An official Letter of Acceptance, and
-
Form I-20 (Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status)
These documents will be mailed to your designated address.
Step 7 – Schedule Your F-1 Visa Interview
After receiving your Form I-20 and Letter of Acceptance, you must schedule an appointment to apply for an F-1 student visa at a U.S. embassy or consulate.
Step 8 – Pay the SEVIS I-901 Fee
Before your visa interview, you must complete Form I-901 and pay the required SEVIS fee of $350 to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Payment can be made online at the official SEVIS website. After payment, print the receipt and bring it to your visa interview.
Step 9 – Confirm Your Program Start Date
Once your F-1 visa has been approved and issued, please contact Vin-Ter Language School immediately to confirm your intended arrival and program start date.
Step 10 – First Day of School
If you are paying tuition in installments, payment for the first four (4) weeks of your program is due on your first day of classes.
If you have already paid your tuition in full, no additional payment will be required.
All new students must also:

Complete the placement test, and

Attend the New Student Orientation.
