Service Description
At Vin-Ter Language School, we empower students through our structured six-level English as a Second Language (ESL) program. Each level spans 13 weeks with 20 hours of instruction per week, totaling 260 hours per level. Start at your appropriate level based on placement testing, and progress sequentially from Beginner to Academic/Proficiency, with a comprehensive program requiring 1,560 hours to achieve fluency. Cancellation Policy
1. Vin-Ter Language School programs have varying session rescheduling allowances based on the program purchased. Review your Enrollment Agreement to see the rescheduling allowance associated with your program. 2. For in-person programs, students may reschedule private lessons during their contract period, which can be done by requesting the change before 5 p.m. of the working day preceding the scheduled lessons. · Working Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. · If notification is not received before 5 p.m., or not at all, the student will be charged for the lessons scheduled. 3. For Live Online Programs, reschedules must be done up to 24 hours before the start of the session.
